- Jumping rope with a Super Rope?
- Watching The Biggest Loser with a bucket of chicken?
- 5K runs? (With the “K’s” being Krispy Kreme, Kit-Kat, and Klondike bar)
- Deep fat fried salad?
- Gatorade and vodka?
- Recliner aerobics?
